Flight reservations, changes, cancellations

For phone orders, order related questions or for changes to your existing flight reservations, call +32 2 370 58 50 or mail us at directchanges@bcdtravel.be.
We're available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Please note:
  • Outside office hours your call will be forwarded to our 24/7 emergency service. This is a service bookers or passengers can use in urgent occasions. An additional fee will be charged for this service.
     
  • The service fee for telephone orders are different from the online fee.
    • Europe Air Ticket: EUR 37,50
    • Intercontinental air ticket : EUR 42,50
    • Hotel booking: EUR 10
    • Car reservation: EUR 10

Changes and cancellations of train tickets

Reservations can be changed or cancelled (depending on ticket conditions) by the SNCB Europe Contact Center at +32 (0)70 79 79 79 option 5.
